The report presents an analysis of health misinformation disseminated in the Polish-language information environment between 1 January and 31 December 2025, with particular attention to key narrative themes, dominant manipulation techniques, and selected behavioural patterns of actors involved in the dissemination of such content. The identified messages were grouped thematically, covering areas such as health education, vaccination and infectious diseases, prevention and diagnostics, reproductive health, oncology, and other medical topics, as well as content targeting public institutions and conspiracy-driven narratives. The analysis is primarily based on data collected through monitoring social media accounts that most frequently disseminate disinformation and exhibit consistent, and often coordinated, activity.
