As part of our longitudinal research CEDMO Trends, we surveyed the attitudes of the Czech public towards the Czech-US Defence Cooperation Agreement (DCA).
The survey results suggest that the narrative of limited sovereignty of the Czech Republic as a result of the ratification of the DCA has the lowest credibility among the youngest population under the age of 24 and the college-educated population. In contrast, SPD and KSČM voters were significantly more likely to trust the narrative that the DCA would lead to limited sovereignty for the Czech Republic.
