The results of the latest wave of CEDMO Trends remain consistent with the results of previous measurements. The majority of the population does not feel exposed to misinformation (81%). In contrast, Czechs consistently perceive misinformation spread on the internet as a problem, especially the youngest group of 16-24 year olds (84%). The belief of the majority of respondents that it is right for the state to restrict the influence of media that spread manipulative or false information persists. 70% of respondents think so (with the sum of “definitely yes” + “rather yes”).
