The COVID-19 pandemic was a real stress test, which showed that the majority of Czech and Slovak people still trust the scientific community. However, it is not about the influence of the truly established religions, but also about spiritual trends and movements. When it comes to value issues, i.e. not purely practical ones such as vaccination against disease, the results are more balanced, especially in Slovakia.
