A quantitative Disinformation Resilience Index (DRI) across the Central and Eastern European region is measured based on online expert surveys (a minimum of 12 responses per country). The report focuses on the changes in the institutional and regulatory framework, and the media landscape since 2018. The national chapters follow the same structure. In addition to the initial summary and concluding recommendations, it also includes the following parts: disinformation research, relations with Russia and China, potential vulnerabilities, changes in the media landscape, changes in legal and institutional frameworks, and the response of the media and civil society.
