On 2 October 2023, the Faculty of Law, in cooperation with CEDMO, hosted a roundtable on the Digital Services Act (DSA). The roundtable focused on the implementation of the DSA in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The event was held under the auspices of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Ivan Bartoš, and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with the active participation of representatives of the Czech Telecommunications Office and the Slovak Council for Media Services.
The following topics were discussed during the roundtable discussion:
- online illegal content,
- out-of-court dispute settlement,
- trusted flaggers.
